In the years that have passed since our early beginnings in 2006, we have developed from primarily helping our customers with energy efficiency and communication to also working strategically and operationally with both resources and sustainability in areas such as climate and environment, social sustainability and governance.
In other words, our employees are in the front line of sustainability. Here, we solve a multitude of different tasks. We only succeed in this because we have experts with insight into all aspects of the green transition. And because we know that it creates value when we bring the right skills together across departments and areas of knowledge.

How we work with ESG
We have an ESG strategy, and are currently working on setting targets and KPIs for our efforts. We are going through the same process that we go through with our customers.
Responsible business operations
Through the UN Global Compact, we have committed ourselves to follow 10 principles for responsible business operations both internally and in projects.
Climate action
We have set targets for our climate efforts, and they are approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). We have targets within both Scope 1, 2 and 3, and follow up on them semi-annually.
